This course is designed to develop an understanding of greenhouse production techniques and practices. Students will gain an understanding of common horticultural management practices as they relate to food and ornamental plant production. Plant nutrition, plant use and identification, plant chemical uses and precautions are introduced along with tools and equipment used in the industry.
